Sourcebooks Damage Claim Tool
Since Sourcebooks doesn’t have an online portal, this tool lets you easily go through damages and quickly creates the email to send to: salesorders@sourcebooks.com and CCing your rep.

- Enter the invoice number for the shipment the damaged books arrived on. Find it on the original packing slip.
- Fill in each damaged book. Enter the ISBN, select the number of damaged copies, and choose Credit or Replacement.
- Add more books or invoices if needed. Use the buttons to add more books or start a new invoice section.
- Click "Generate Email Text" and a ready-to-send message will appear at the bottom. Copy and paste it into an email to the publisher.
