USA Today bestselling author Lori Rader-Day will lead a discussion with Andrew Ludington, Sandra Jackson-Opoku, and Jennifer K. Breedlove.
THE AUTHORS
Jennifer K. Breedlove is a Chicago-area composer, conductor, author, and educator, with degrees in piano, choral conducting, and theology. Her debut novel, Murder Will Out, won the Minotaur Books/Mystery Writers of America First Crime Novel Award. It is set in a haunted house in coastal Maine, where Jennifer is a frequent visitor.
Sandra Jackson-Opoku authored the Agatha and Mary Higgins Clark Award-nominated mystery, Savvy Summers and the Sweet Potato Crimes. The second installment in the series releases July 21. Her fiction, nonfiction, and dramatic works are widely published and produced. Professional recognition includes an NEA Fellowship and a City of Chicago Esteemed Artist Award.
Andrew Ludington is the Compton Crook Award-nominated author of the Rabbit Ward series, including Splinter Effect and Double Shadow. Book Trib says, “Like HG Wells, [Ludington] gives us just enough fact to keep us believing in the fiction, penning a book that would make Michael Crichton proud.” He lives in Evanston with his family, where he works for Northwestern University.
